Transfer without opened account through the Western Union System. The Bank ensures receipt and dispatch of money transfers in US Dollars to neighboring and far countries and those in the RF Rubles in Russia and Belarus through the Western Union System of Cashless Transfers.
Any money transfer through the Western Union System is the fastest and most reliable method of money transfer throughout the world and the guarantee of money delivery to the recipient.
Conditions of transfer dispatch fro non-resident customers:
Non-resident customers may send any transfer within the maximum amount established by the Western Union System.
To make a transfer, the Bank should be provided with the following documents:
a) personal identity document.
For foreign individuals:
passport of foreign citizen or other documents provided by Federal Law or acknowledged under the international agreement of the Russian Federation as a personal identity document. For stateless persons:
the documents issued by a foreign state and acknowledged under the international agreement of the Russian Federation as a personal identity document of a stateless person.
temporary residence permission.
Certificate of registration in the Russian Federation. The passport issued on the USSR Form may be accepted as a personal identity document of the citizens of former republics of the USSR.
b) application in the form established by the Bank and the Western Union System
c) documents to certify the basis for settlements in foreign currency (except for transfers up to USD 5.000,00 to cover «current expenses»).
