The Bank provides its customers with the following cash services:

issue of cash from the Bank cash register upon preliminary request

immediate issue of cash from the Bank cash register on day of check receipt;

issue and execution of check books;

issue of cash to the customer at the Bank cash office and delivery of cash to the customer after selection of notes by requisite face value;

exchange of notes;

acceptance of customer valuables for keeping including bank vaults;

acceptance by the Bank cash office and simultaneous entering cash to the customer account;

provision of money counting equipment in the customer services room;

collection of cash from the customer by the collection company authorized by the Bank under flexible scale of charges;

delivery of cash to the customer by the collection company authorized by the Bank;

expertise of doubtful bank notes and payment documents;

transportation of valuables and special cargo by the collection company authorized by the Bank;

escort of cashiers and forwarding agents of enterprise by using special motor transport and by the collection company authorized by the Bank;

customer advise in rational arrangement of cash operations.
