OJSC JSCB «Prominvestbank» offers to his customers to rent individual bank safes to keep documents and valuables. An individual bank safe is a pledge of business safety for firms, organizations and enterprises. Any Act of God, thief, competitor or unfair partner is not the problem if you have entered into the agreement of safety deposit box rent to keep everything you want (money, securities, confidential documents including constituent ones, important commercial or production documents, records, seals, except for the items withdrawn from civil turnover).
Supplementary agreements (settlements under real estate, securities and other mutual obligations transactions) are provided to the safety deposit box agreements. Such transactions are carried out in the same way as the foregoing (see «Special Access Safety Deposit Box Rent Agreement») although it has some special features (for example, the key is kept by the customer). Such supplementary agreements shall be signed by both parties (authorized representatives of the Bank and the Customer). The box access procedure provided by such supplementary agreement shall be valid for such agreement validity period.
